This is an image taken last summer at Fort Steele, BC. The color version was rather lackluster so I played around in PS and with various plug-ins and came up with this version. Maybe I've been looking at it too long, but I kind of like this result. Any and all comments would be very much appreciated.
Image was converted to B&W using Fred Miranda's B&W Workflow Pro using a blue filter which really brought out the shapes and textures of the weathered buildings. Unfortunately it rendered an 'okay' sky as a bright blank void. Feivel's Gothic Glow was added. Finally, the sepia tone was added using the Sepia photo filter set @ 100% in PS.
