La Conner, Washington

Barbara and I decided to check out the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival this past weekend.
Our base of operations was La Conner, Washington. While exploring the downtown, we
encountered a couple young families who were taking time out from the tulips to enjoy
some ice cream. Well...most of them were enjoying the ice cream. :o)
