Travelogue photos of our European trip in May, 2008. We flew to Prague and spent three days there, and then rode to Nuremberg by bus, with a stop in Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). After a day in Nuremberg, we met our ship, MS Amacello, on the Main-Danube Canal. The ship transited sixteen locks on the canal on the way to the Danube near Regensberg. We toured Regensberg and the Weltenburg Abbey and then sailed to Passau, Linz (Austria), Melk and the beautiful Melk Abbey, through the Wachau Valley and on to Vienna. After a wonderful day in Vienna we sailed on to Budapest where we disembarked and spent two days before we returned home.
I am travelling from Prageu to Budapest, then by river to Amsterdam with 3 days in Paris at the end in 5 weeks time. Have been looking for photos of where we will be travelling. Beautiful photos - cant wait for my own trip
