A personal style emerges from the choices you make about subject, composition,
framing, focus and post-processing. You may even learn something about yourself
by thinking about what that style says about you.
Be present—conscious of
what you’re seeing, conscious of the choices you’re making. And ultimately, the
real gift of art—photography, painting, writing, whatever—may be not the art
itself, or even the process of making the art, but the mindfulness it engenders
in us.
