There were lots of these small blues resting on the steps of a Wat or temple (Wat Tham Pha Plong) below Doi (mountain) Chiang Dao (northern Thailand) when I visited in February of this year (2014). Every species has it's day in the forest, and clearly this was the time for these delightful little butterflies to emerge and presumably mate.
