i enjoy sharing my technical and aesthetic views, but this one has got to be visceral and not just visual. this is an amazing collection with many psychological facets. trolling the web for such galleries seems all the more worth my time.

A great picture !
I think that you can obtain the same surprise when you show the picture on the back screen of a digital camera. I experienced that situation during my trip to China.
