Ballerina Birthday

While I was shooting the young dancers in studio 3 (see https://pbase.com/rcalmes/rebeccas_class) , the older dancers were celebrating the 17th birthday of one of their own next door in studio 4. Of course there was plenty of sinful icecream cake and other goodies! Lots of fun and laughing and watching ballet videos and very little class. I bounced back and forth between Miss Rebecca's serious ballet class and this......not so serious class. Once the sugar wore off, however, the dancers got down to business and took class and then there was Nutcracker rehearsal.
