Wandering along the river in Healdsburg I encountered this ancient piece of a cement truck (apparently used as "fill" some 30 years ago when the road above the river was made, and washed out by the river.

I then noticed that someone, no doubt homeless, was using the sand around the debris as their sleeping area and their "closet" on this warm spring day.

Interesting colors, and yet a disturbing situation.
