George Connor, a friend of mine, passed away on Masters Sunday from ALS. We both worked at Bear Trace and had worked together at River Run. We had a George Connor Memorial Tournament at the Bear with monies going to ALS research. I won this Ping putter and decided to name it after George who was known as Mickey, in his younger life. He was the first friend I made after moving here in 2002 and we surely had tee'd it up together more than 500 times. He played Ping equipment and I thought it was ironic.
