Kookaburra at Boroka Lookout

Grampians National Park.

The Australian kingfisher known as the Laughing Kookaburra is one of the largest of the species, total length 28-42 cm (11-17in) and may be the heaviest species, since large individuals exceeding 450g (1lb) are not rare.

This Kookaburra looked so gorgeous in the natural setting as it had been raining and it was shaking itself to dry
