To download pictures, select image from the thumbnails then select "original" as a size. This will give you the largest file which will enable you to print the picture up to 8x10. Place your cursor in the middle of the picture and "right click" and then "save image". You can view as a slide show by clicking the first image, find an appropriate image size for your monitor then simply keep hitting the "next" button.
