Joe Lansang is a batchmate from SLUHS64. He has an older foto version of Mines View Park. I spent 24 yrs in Baguio prior to my departure for the US in '71. Your suggestions are doable that require a lot of urban planning and contingency funding as well. Baguio will always be dear and near to my heart "the little America". Good luck!
