Sepolcro a piramide dell'Appia Antica

The base is 1/3 as wide as the heavy brick structure above.
I was not willing to get under this ancient mound of bricks to study what kept the monument from collapsing.
This makes me think of the top-heavy Rainier Tower in Seattle.
