On July 22, at the end of a great CESSE Conference in Vancouver I have the opportunity to go on a whale watch with a few friends. Our voyage was in the Straits of Georgia, between Vancouver Island and the mainland. Along with seeing at least two, perhaps three, pods we also saw and photographed seals a a bald eagle. A great trip.
