A Chinese species named for the great Scottish plant hunter George Forrest.
In the wild it grows as a low-epiphyte on mossy tree trunks as well as growing on moss-covered rocks & steep bankings.
Grown in a mossy bark chip mix in humid shade, it tolerates a few degrees of frost.
