It is possible to drive round the back & up the side of the volcano where, if dark lava flows can sometimes be seen. Unfortunately clouds usually obscure the lava fields. This crowd is hoping for a break in the cloud cover -eventually a small break in the clouds did give fleeting views before closing up again!
