The Volcano is about 1,650 metres tall (the height various with its volcanic activity), tall enough to create its own weather. The mid & upper slopes are clothed in lush productive rain forest. The Volcano forces humid air to rise cooling the air & causing the moisture to condense into clouds which discharge their contents on an almost daily basis.
