On the way to the Sportsmobile Rally

Molas Lake, near Silverton, CO, where the Sportsmobile rally was based, was our main destination for this trip.	A UP coal train curves through Price River canyon near Martin, Utah.	Our Thursday night campground was a nice spot above Price River Canyon near Martin.	When I opened the door on the toilet, this snake was waiting. After I got out, I took this photo. It was about four feet long.
It was hot enough to try out my newly made window screens.	We saw lots of new (to us) National Forests in our travels on this trip.	Southwest of Whitewater, Utah. A guidebook said this was a great road. Five hours of gravel road with only a few nice views...	There were some nice wildflowers along the forest road.
An afternoon thunderstorm building near Telluride. The van is still clean!	Intense hail and rain at Telluride. This storm caused a mudslide while we were in Telluride.
