Oregon State Parks are often very "developed", with very organized and civilized campgrounds. We stayed in what was labeled the "Primitve" camping area (with no hookups). Each spot here had a post with a camp number on it, and a another sign at the back of each spot showing the spot number as well. There were also bare dirt lines cut in the grass showing the outline of each spot, in case you need to know where the boundries of your spot are. But, it did have nice grass and a view of the river.
