We wanted to get a better look at the canyon, so we found a side road that took us to where Looper Creek flowed into a river. We parked there and Tom, Grant and Cindy tried to hike upstream towards the canyon. I stayed with the vans and took some photos while I waited. The river was very clear and it was nice to relax on the bank.
