RF&P Railway Post Office (RPO) car No. 103 is seen parked behind the Bryan Park Engine Terminal in Richmond, VA. For many years the car was parked on a siding between two warehouses off Bethlehem Road. This photo was taken in December 2002 after the car had been moved in preparation for it's new home at RF&P Park in northern Henrico County.
