In April 2005, I observed a couple of probable Parasitic Jaegers in Amatique Bay close in to Puerto Barrios port (Caribbean coast of Guatemala). One was on shore and sickly. My group picked it up and brought it to me at the Punta Manabique research station, where we nursed it back to health with tuna fish.
