This adult Kumlien's Iceland Gull (Larus glaucoides kumlieni) was at the Larimer County landfill midmorning on 1 Jan 2014 (observed during the Loveland Christmas Bird Count). It was seen earlier leaving the nocturnal roost at Carter Lake, and again in the evening at the nocturnal roost. It was also at the nocturnal roost the following evening.
