First look at the sword. It's made of 1mm plastic card that's been cut & shaped to look like Nurgle plague blades. The crossguard is made from the back pieces of a Chaos Warrior axe.

The arm is the champion's arm (with an axe) from the new Chaos Warrior's sprue. The left arm is lying next to the cork. It's a Gor arm with an Ungor hand. You can't see it now, but there's a mark of Nurgle on the shoulder.
