Color and B&W Test Image

This is a two in one image. The color original came from tssphoto.com some years ago. I converted it to a B&W image, Both were scrupulously analyzed and somewhat altered for proper gamma and color before finalizing.

It's a great image to test print to check your monitor, printer, and paper. Or, looking at the steps, lightest to darkest in those little squares, figure out if you need a monitor adjustment. If you can see differences in each square, you don't. Unless you are some kinda perfectionist. If you can't see differences in either the whites or the blacks, you need to adjust your monitor.

You can use it as is, or download it and keep it.

If you are using Windows 7 or 8, there is a built in calibrator. Go to Start/Search, "Calibrate display color."
