It's been a while... I'm pretty sure it is either the town of Achao or nearby Quinchao. If I recall correctly, all of the ship's numbers reflect their home port so it's more than likely this photo was taken in Achao and the previous one (based on on the church) was in Quinchao.
Both towns are beautifull little fishing villages on the sheltered east coast of the island (facing the mainland). The Pacific is very rough at these latitudes and Tsunamis are not uncommon so all of the cities, towns and even larger villages are on the more protected north and eastern coasts.
