What an incredible place! Nothing more grand than to walk amoung the moss
ladden trees, in the quiet of the forest... with the sun shining through the massive
branches, only to be 'roused out of your daydream by the sound of the "creek" (as my
Mom called the Merced River, tee-hee-hee Mom!) running briskly somewhere ahead of you...

That is, of course, until you come upon an enormous tree that was probably a seedling
when Christ Himself walked the earth... And then you really understand the amazing miracles
all around you! What an awesome birthday gift my Mom gave us all in this trip to Yosemite!!

Words alone can not Thank You enough Mom!! The experience was great; one to be remembered by
all for sure! Many thanx to David for doing all the driving & data transfer! Yes, what gifts!
