I met Ken at the Topanga Art Gallery & we hit it off right away. He's an interesting artist, working mainly with digital photographs that he either leaves as stunning images in their own right or that he manipulates into entirely new images. He has one shot of Morro Bay that is
just as beautiful as any postcard you might see.

He told me of his wonderful wife Liz & her incredible talents with oils & pastels (and her amazing ability to use both mediums with either hand after her stroke of recent years) & so when I heard that they were going to be Featured Artists' at the Morro Bay Art Gallery, I'd made it a point to let Ken know I'd be there as long as I had my car running.

We were not disappointed with the trip ~ the art show was great; a nice mix of both artists' works were on display upstairs & Liz was just as sweet as I thought she would be. Downstairs I was treated to meeting the rest of his family, some other friends, and enjoying some tasty munchies too. I think their show was a tremendous success & I wanted to share it with the pbase peeps here.
