Oh Baby! Many thanx to Emril for his Rosemary & Garlic
recipe on lamb legs as this is what I followed basically
to get the YUMMIEST tasting leg o' lamb. I did alter the
recipe slightly, using some blackberry & lambrusco wines
as well as apple cider in my sauce. I also added some
'shrooms, which was not on his plate, but had to be on
mine. It was soo dang easy to do & tasty too! Oh My :~D

I was a real-live Chef for a short while! Me! LOL ~
