The NPS info sheet was apt in saying "the trail seems to traverse west forever". We eventually reached the top of the ridge near the west end and took a short break. The views were fantastic, but Norah was more interested in her book. She found a spot to sit and pulled out "67 Reasons Why Cats Are Better Than Dogs".
