You can see Rifugio Vajolet and Rifugio Preuss (food only) below Steve and Norah on the trail (n.584). The hike to Passo Principe was a wonderful section of the trail with fantastic views. It was just as pretty when we hiked it last year, but much easier this time without all the snow!
