On our second day I got up early for sunrise. Unfortunately sunrise wasn't much for pictures, but it was still a wonderful way to start the day. I sat on the shore of Big Sandy Lake and enjoyed the calm lake and listening to the many birds, chipmunks, and squirrels starting their day. I even saw a short tailed weasel darting among the rocks. It was too skittish to attempt a picture, but it was adorable.
