While in Cooke City, Steve and I took the opportunity to do another day hike; this time around the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River. Last year we had visited some lookouts on the south rim, so this time we opted for the north rim. We parked at Inspiration Point and hiked about five miles along the North Rim Trail with stops at Red Rock Point and Brink of Lower Falls. This is on the trail between Inspiration Point and Lookout Point.
