The wind howled throughout the night and when we woke up on our last day, the canyon was shrouded in clouds. We had intermittent snow showers and as we climbed in elevation (we had 4.6 miles and 3500 feet elevation to hike back to the rim) it got colder and we encountered ice on the trail. To avoid a long hike out I carried Norah in the Ergo. This is a look back at the foggy canyon.
