We were knackered Tuesday night, so grabbed a hotel in Yucca Valley after the drive from The Channel Islands. We woke up early Wednesday and headed into the park. After snagging a campsite at Hidden Valley campground we joined a ranger led hike at Skull Rock near Jumbo Rocks (about 1.5 mile loop).
