Kang La (5360m)


Conditions on Kang La were quite difficult, there was a lot of snow on the pass and on the descent route. Because of this, and because our starting camp was lower than the usual place (Snowfields camp at c.a. 4700), we did not manage to descend all the way down to Shey Gompa, as planned, but we had to stop at a high camp (c.a. 4860m).
