Our dining room

Today is day 26 of our rainy day streak. For Bellingham this is an all-time record. We broke the record from 1955. Apparently Seattle has some days to go to beat its record from the same winter. They had 33 days of rain in a row in 1955. Guess where I'm glad I live though I was in sunny California in 1955. ;-)

What a lovely home. I like the different interior and exterior illumination. It serves to separate the two areas and it makes the weather seem all the more dreary. It's a very skilled and sensitive job.

Nice image Ann. It makes me want to sit by the window and read a book or just stand by the window and watch the weather. Rainy days are very special. If you happen to use photoshop, there is a new process ca;;ed merge to HDR will help to balance the exposure between the darker interior and the bright light outside. I have some info on my site about this. Thanks for showing.
