Little Cayman, 2010

For various reasons, I took fewer pictures underwater than normal, and felt more like black and white than usual. I also found myself drawn less to critters and more to things that would lend themselves to playing with lighting.

Looking for light.	Gorgonians.	Rose lace coral.	Swim-through.	Social feather dusters.
Social feather dusters.	Coral.	Vase sponge.	My guardian angel.	Fingerprint cyphoma.
Polyps.	More rose lace coral.	Stars underwater.	Predator.	Sponges.
And more polyps.	Coral.	Nurse shark.

WOW. Mind blowing gallery! I used to do a lot of diving many years ago (started with a two-hose regulator if that is an indicator) and I appreciate how difficult it is to get these shots. Also, very courageous (I think that's the right word) of you to process some into B&W. The fact that it worked so well is further indication of your skill. V!
