One of the things I liked best about New Zealand was the number of photogenic trees. This is looking down from Bag End towards the Green Dragon. Apparently, despite there being thousands of sheep on the farm (the set is surrounded by a working farm), they still imported sheep for the movies because the locals looked "too nice."
