I swear: no, cropping, no strobes, just sunlight and reasonably careful white balancing. This was fairly deep: 15m/50 ft. Part of this was luck: the fish swam right to me and was just in front of the dome port (since I was using the fish-eye).
Even without strobes, the rule for underwater photography ("get too close, and then get closer") still applies.
