I'm guessing one male and one female. The popeye-like claw is why they are called snapping shrimp: they stun prey with it and the "click" is very audible. You would not want to have your finger in there.
The corkscrew stuff is an anemone. Snapping shrimp usually live with this kind of anemone -- at least that's the only place I have ever seen them.
