Electric eel.

Skill testing question: now that you have caught it, how do you get it off the hook to let it go? According to Wikipedia (here), it gets up to 600V, and although it is the amps that kill, not the volts, you are definitely going to feel it!

The guide managed to hold it close to the boat with the line so that he could work the hook free without actually every touching the fish.
