I don't have the habit of shooting birds, and don't really have the right gear for it, so I did not get good shots of the many birds around. We saw several different kinds of toucan.

Despite their image and marketing (a breakfast cereal, I think), they are not actually very nice birds. One of the things they use the long beak for is to sneak up to nests and poke it through to steal eggs from other birds....
