Fish do odd things with their eggs sometimes. Jawfish hold them in their mouths, some spit them out and suck them back in to aerate them. Chromos (if I remember the fish correctly) lay their eggs along a wire coral -- seems very time consuming if you ask me, but I guess no sacrifice is too great for your kids ;)
