Mark, thank you. An action? LOL! I wish! Took a bit longer than that. It's painted entirely by hand with Photoshop brush tools, from a black and white photo, shown in the link beneath the image. Most of the other paintings in this gallery are done in Corel's Painter 8, but I still end up doing some of the work in Photoshop since I'm more comfortable with its tools and menus.
