I've seen a lot of black and white galleries, but this one is AWESOME. the best that i have seen thus far. very inspiring.

Start with the photo art tutorials. If you have PS 7 or CS then locate the stylize>diffuse>anisotropic filter since many of the drawing techniques require it. Warning: Photo art is highly addictive! :)
