Nay Aug Park Gorge and Waterfall

The Nay Aug Park Gorge and Waterfall was designaterd a National Natural Landmark. It is located in Scranton PA and recently a pathway to the foot of the waterfall was renovated and reopened after many years. I am pleased they did so.

The photo collection does little to really show the beauty of the park, but they are a start. Great job!!! It makes me want to check out the new bridge to the other side of the brooke being built. I guess I'll waite till spring for that experience. Please get some more shots.

Rick, Yes, they most likely are. They are still popular, though it is now illegal to dive and swim here, since it is so dangerous. Pete

Do you know if this the waterfall that we used to jump into back in the 70's? I was a student at the University from 74-77 and we used to go up to Nay Aug and jump off the cliffs. Are these those cliffs?
