Muskrat

Two Images

My wife and I decided to spend some time roaming around a nearby lake on a Sunday, where she loves to feed the geese. We came across
this little fellow (or girl) near its home (lodge). These shots were taken by hand since the boss ruled out my carrying a tripod.

Taken at Berry Lake
Commerce, Michigan

1/1600s f/5.3 at 360.0mm iso800 full exif

Great series, Jay! Great lighting and detail. They are pretty cute until you see that rat style tail and then .....it's over! P.S. very successful venture without the tripod!! ;)

Good shots. Both. I'm not fast enough to get these guys. Or maybe I just make too much noise. V.
