Titan Boys Victorious in Final Regular Season Game The Titan boys survived a late-game rally by the Annandale Atoms to win their final regular season game 67-57. The scrappy Atoms rallied with several 3-point goals in the last 4 minutes of regulation to tie the Titans at 53-53 and force overtime. The Titans began the game in full force, taking an early lead and not letting up, leading by 14 at halftime. Titan players fought hard the entire game, constantly stealing the ball from the Atoms, and running rings around them. The Titans led the entire game, until late in the fourth quarter, when the Atoms caught fire with their three-point goals, tying the score on a last-second goal under the basket. The last-minute rally in regulation seemed to take the charge out of the Atoms, though, as the Titans dominated in overtime, outscoring the Atoms 14-4.
