We have been leaders on our block, which has now begun to follow, in putting on a scary Halloween for the City's children (of all ages). We attract between 200 and 250 children plus parents and friends each year. We consider the night a success if at least one "wee one" is too afraid to come up to receive the candy. This year we were an overwhelming success, since at least 10 "wee ones" declined to take that walk. They got the candy anyway, as a parent was sent as a representative or we took the candy to the child. After all, we're not totally heartless. (;>D
